With the high variability in configurations across benefits providers creating an extraordinarily complex annual enrollment process, Alight sought agentic AI automation solutions to test quality assurance of its platform to ensure users viewed the correct plans based on their individual eligibility criteria. Alight applied the Automation Anywhere agentic process automation (APA) platform, including both Automation Co-Pilot and UIAgent, to automate test creations, simplify test participant preparation, and automate test plan execution, delivering accurate results to customers and enabling customer growth.
